Tumbler Terms

Short. Read them anyway.

Last updated 11 October 2026.

The Tumbler is a set of public smart contracts, and a page that helps you use them. They are made by cubepad ("we", "us"). The contracts are there for anyone to read before using them. Nobody has to use them. By connecting a wallet, opening a forge, or sending anything to the Tumbler or the Hopper, by this page or any other way, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

You must be an adult where you live, and using the Tumbler must be legal for you there.

Yours, all of it

You use the Tumbler yourself, from your own wallet, by your own choice. Every transaction is yours: you read it, you approve it, you sign it. Before every step the page tells you exactly what will happen, what it costs, and what cannot be undone. Reading it is up to you. Checking every wallet prompt is up to you.

You are fully and solely responsible for your use of the Tumbler and for every transaction you sign: what you list, what you send, where it goes, and what it costs. Not us. If anyone makes a claim against us because of something you sent or did, that is yours to answer for too.

Your wallet, its keys and its seed phrase are yours to keep safe. We never ask for them. We never message first. The only real Tumbler is the one at tumbler.cubepad.io, at the contract addresses published there.

What you pay for

The fee is for a piece of art: a Tumblestone, drawn by the chain from your answers and the rugs you send. You choose those rugs. You send them yourself. Nobody sends anything for you.

Every fee, and every creator royalty, is paid to us, for the art. It is not a fund, a treasury or a pool. It is not spent on anything for holders, and nothing in it is owed back to anyone, except the refunds these terms describe.

A tool, not a promise

The Tumbler is a tool for making art. Holding certain art opens certain tools: a Malachite Cube makes forging free and can strike Hallmarks. That is all it does. It is not a utility of the Malachite Cubes, or of any other art, and holding anything promises nothing from it, now or later.

We may change the Tumbler, pause it, or close it, at any time, for any reason, without notice. If it closes, what is already lit stays lit: your Tumblestones are yours and stay on the chain, and a forge with nothing in it can still be cancelled for its fee.

What you send

Gone is gone

Every rug that counts goes straight on to the dead address, 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD. Nobody can reach it there. Not you. Not us. Not anyone. We cannot undo a send, reverse a burn, or return a rug that has burned. Ever. Anything a rug would still earn goes with it.

Any NFT or token you send to the Tumbler or the Hopper, you send to be burned. It is gone for good the moment you send it: whatever it is, however it was sent, and whether or not a forge asked for it. Nothing is returned. You choose what you send, and you confirm every transaction yourself. What you send, and everything that follows from it, is yours alone.

Fees

Fees are in ETH, and shown before you sign. Please check you are paying the correct fee for what you chose. Fees may change. A forge can be cancelled for a full refund only while nothing in it has arrived. Lighting it early refunds the difference between the tiers. A refund is yours to take, from Your forges on this page: it arrives in the same transaction, and you pay that transaction's gas. We do not send refunds. The fee of a forge left open waits there for you. Once a forge is lit, its fee is not refundable. Gas, and the bridge's own fee for rugs from Ethereum, are not ours and are never refunded. Any taxes are yours.

Rugs from Ethereum cross to Robinhood Chain through its own bridge. That takes time, usually 10 to 15 minutes, and the bridge is not ours.

Hallmarks

A Malachite Cube can strike one Hallmark every twenty nine days. A Hallmark is yours like any other token: keep it, sell it, give it away. Whoever holds one can open one Legendary without a cube, for the Hallmark fee, with twenty nine rugs from twenty nine recognised collections. While that forge is open, the Hallmark is held and cannot move. A Legendary uses it up, for good. If the forge is cancelled, or lit short of Legendary, the Hallmark comes back unused, and the piece is an ordinary one. A Hallmark is a tool, not a share in anything. It promises nothing else.

Your Tumblestone

Your Tumblestone is yours. Do what you like with it: keep it, sell it, give it away, use its image however you want. The method that makes Tumblestones, and the code, stay ours. Marketplaces may pay us a creator royalty, 10%, when a Tumblestone or a Hallmark sells. Its traits name the rugs that made it only by contract address and number, never by name.

No promises

We took reasonable care making this. We still cannot promise it will always work, or that blockchains, bridges, wallets and marketplaces will. They belong to other people, under their own terms. Tumblestones are art, not an investment. Nothing here is financial advice. You use all of it at your own risk.

We may pause the Tumbler at any time, for example if something looks wrong. While it is paused, a forge with nothing in it can still be cancelled for its fee.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the Tumbler, and never for more than the fees you paid. Nothing here limits anything the law says cannot be limited.

The rest

This page asks for nothing about you and keeps nothing: no accounts, no cookies, no tracking. The blockchains keep a public record of everything you do on them, for good. That is how blockchains work.

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when. If any part of them does not hold, the rest still does. To reach us, or to report something that should not be here: hello@cubepad.io.
